Animal antics at CLC Trenython Manor

Sox the Fox is our cuddly mascot and recently he celebrated his birthday with youngsters at the resort.

Kids have a great time at CLC Trenython Manor, as the birthday pals seen here are doing inside his brightly painted ‘lair’ – our gaily painted activity centre where Fox was special guest entertainment for the afternoon.

Young guests can also pry on life inside a bird nesting box through a wildlife camera that feeds through to a screen – a bird’s eye view based on the webcam experience in BBC nature programme Springwatch. They can also visit the resort’s rabbit run with its 4 fluffy incumbents, record plant growth in their own vegetable patch and explore woodland and the resort’s bee and butterfly garden.

CLC Trenython Manor has a professionally run kids’ club for over 3s, and whatever their age youngsters can have fun both indoors and out with a variety of games and organised events complementing excellent leisure facilities. With a number of green initiatives that young visitors are often encouraged to participate in, manager Nick Waddington is happy to say: “Here at CLC Trenython Manor, amid the glorious rolling countryside of Cornwall, holidays are in our nature!”
