Shake off the cobwebs and breathe in the sea air; the area around Trenython invites you to put on your walking shoes or take to the saddle, be it horse or bicycle, and discover the stunning coast and glorious countryside. What’s more it’s healthy and environmentally friendly. Everyone can join in as you go at your own pace! You can stroll or hike on two feet, gallop or plod across sand or countryside on horseback or pedal leisurely or furiously. There are plenty of horse riding and bicycle hire centres in Cornwall. The famous South West Coast Path is a great way to discover the creeks, coves and fishing villages, and Bodmin Moor is that rare thing, an unspoilt wild, windswept place to ramble or ride across. There are routes to follow, or explore your own, on the many trails, paths and roads.
