At Tm’s Restaurant you will discover a selection of mouth-watering dishes, created with contemporary flair by chefs who favour the finest, locally produced ingredients where possible. The menu changes daily with a super selection of specials available. From simple, light choices such as grilled lemon sole with a new potato salad, to rich and tasty as in slow braised pork belly with pea and ham mash and a cider cream sauce, there is always plenty of choice to tempt the palate, complemented by an excellent wine list.

Vegetarians will enjoy a taste of something different with, for example, grilled Cornish halloumi cheese with savoury cous cous and a sun blush tomato and black olive sauce.
